KAJAE CEO AND FOUNDER, GARRETT BLOOD HONORED AS STEVIE® AWARD BRONZE WINNER IN 2024 STEVIE AWARDS FOR GREAT EMPLOYERS

Lehi, Utah – August 5, 2024 – Kajae CEO and Founder, Garrett Blood, has been named the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award in the People-Focused CEO of the Year category in the ninth annual Stevie Awards for Great Employers, “the Olympics for human resources professionals.”

The Stevie Awards for Great Employers recognize the world’s best employers and the human resources professionals, teams, achievements and HR-related products and suppliers who help to create and drive great places to work.

Winners of the awards, named the Stevies from the Greek word meaning “crowned,” will be recognized during a gala awards dinner on Monday, September 16 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.

This year, over 1,000 nominations from organizations of all sizes in 35 nations and territories were submitted for consideration across a broad spectrum of HR-related categories. We are incredibly proud and fortunate to announce that Garrett Blood has emerged as a Bronze winner in the People-Focused CEO of the Year category, a testament to his unwavering commitment to putting people at the heart of our business.

We are proud to announce that Garrett Blood, CEO and Founder of Kajae, has been honored with the prestigious People-Focused CEO of the Year award. This recognition is a testament to Garrett’s unwavering commitment to employee well-being, professional development, and financial stability, which have become the cornerstones of Kajae’s success. 

The judges commended Garrett for his pragmatic leadership, particularly his initiatives that have elevated base compensation by 5-10x and increased financial stability by 56% among team members. His people-first approach has not only improved the lives of employees but also created a strong, values-driven company culture that positively impacts families and communities.

One judge highlighted the significance of Garrett’s approach, stating, “Garrett’s social impact through conscious capitalism is visionary. Kajae’s deep impact on the lives of its people is second to none—a model for any organization to seek ways to make humanity the core of their business model.”

Winners in the Employer of the Year categories were determined by a unique blending of the ratings of the professional judges and more than 34,000 public votes. The public vote was sponsored by HiBob.
